How to buy your embroidered or printed workwear

STEP 1

First select the type of product you require from the categories shown ie. T-shirts, Jackets etc. Repeat this step within the Sub catergory shown choosing ie. Ladies T-shirts, Men T-shirts

You will then be shown the available styles and brands.

Please select the product you require. 

STEP 2

Once you have chosen the product you require. Choose your Colour from the Swatches provided.

The sizes available for the colour of product required will then show. Fill in the relevent quantites required for each size.

STEP 3

Below the sizes you will be asked would you like to add embroidery or Print? from a drop down menu. If you select yes the personalisation options will show below: Select the type of personalisation required by ticking the relevent check box next to the option ie, Left Breast - Embroidery

You are then given the following 3 choices: Upload Your Artwork: if you have a logo or a piece of artwork you require going onto your garment click upload file this will open a browser on your desktop where you can choose the file you would like to send. ...

or enter text: if you require just text enter it here in the box ie,

Put any additional information in brackets for example (Text to be on 2 lines in caps, Font Ariel black, in Royal Blue)

you can specify a fonts our standard fonts used is Arial (we have 1000's of fonts but if it is not a standard font we would ask you to upload the font as a true type font in the upload artwork) and colours maybe given.

or enter NAMES: if you require individual names as your personalisation please enter them in this box. if you have ordered a quantity of more than 1 of a certain size and colour. List the names seperating them with a comma for each of the garments. for example if you require 3 Medium & 3 Large T-shirts with individual names.

in the Names box:

M x SMITH

M x BARLOW

M x REEVES.

L x JONES

L x DAVIES

L x ALEXANDER

Put any additional information in brackets for example (names to go under logo, Font Ariel, in white)

STEP 4

At this stage you can click add to basket

STEP 5

Click View basket to check your order and Checkout

You will be given 3 options:

Login as a returning customer.

Create an account (this is a good option if you think you will be a returning customer as it will hold all your order information, not credit card details)

Or checkout without creating an account. (ideal for one off orders)

Follow the steps through the transaction stage filling in the required feilds marked *

There is a Speacial Instructions Box where you can add any additional information you think we require. Put required delivery dates.

On completion of your transaction details you will receive a confirmation email detailing your transaction. Within 2 to 3 working days you will recieve a Digital Proof showing how your item will look colours and layout.

Complicated embroidery proofs may take longer. On Approval of your proofs your order will aim to be despatched within 10 to 15 working days of your order date.

All orders are despatched by either of our 2 current carriers DPD and Royal Mail, requiring signature.

All consignements are tracked through the relevant websites.
